Aleksandra Dobrowolska became renowned for establishing three biographical museums dedicated to Henryk Sienkiewicz, Jan Kochanowski, and Stefan Żeromski. However, only a few aspects of her life are widely known today. Her works, particularly those focusing on lyrical forms of expression, remain largely overlooked by researchers. Among these, the lyrics of the song March of the Airmen stand out as a kind of magnum opus. Dobrowolska’s lyrical oeuvre comprises 31 surviving works, written between 1915 and 1937. This article marks the first attempt to synthesize and briefly analyze them.
