Summary

The subject of the article is the analysis of Ida Fink’s Journey in terms of the elements of autobiographism present in it. The work refers to the theory of the autobiographical pact created by Philip Lejeune. Also discussed are the complexities of narrative construction in the text and the relationship between the author of the text and the narrator. The journey was arranged in the context of other texts by Ida Fink, pointing to different narrative strategies in these works. The character of the text has also been defined.
