The sketch is an attempt to discuss Joanna Grądziel-Wójcik’s book Przymiarki do istnienia. Wątki i tematy poezji kobiet XX i XXI wieku. On the one hand, discussed monograph is a continuation of research on somapoetics, on the other hand, it is part of a wide trend of literary reflection on the poetry of women in the 20th and 21st centuries. The author of the book organizes according to the original idea this extensive matter, and the chosen interpretative way leads to many inspiring and revealing conclusions.
