Summary

The article discusses, on the basis of a few examples, types of components associated with the human body used in modern pharmacy. For formal reasons the discussed components are divided into parts of the human body including bones, hair and nails, then the internal and external organs, as well as body fluids and secretions from the human body. The author draws attention to the wide interest in the use of medicaments prepared on the basis of ingredients derived from the human body in modern Europe. The interpenetration of folk medicine from her official mainstream also seems very significant, which can be seen in the case of interest in the human body as a form of medicinal raw material.
