Summary

The main thesis of the article is the assertion that the lack of convergence of form and semantics of judicial functioning within the jurisdiction of Poland and Russia is not reflected in their lack of relevance functional and pragmatic. The analysis showed that the semantic point of view there can be no identity between judicial acts issued by the courts of Poland and Russia. First of all, because they do not overlap in these areas regulated jurisdictions. Forms of existing types of decisions are also not similar. Differences in proxemics of these documents in Poland and Russia can be described as horizontal reflection. However, despite these differences are not observed teleological dissonance. As a result, within taken into account the desirability of prescriptive legal systems judicial settlement is analogous.
