The paper considers the implications of consistent application of psycho-social approach in linguistics, currently remaining on the sidelines of mainstream linguistic research. Said approach is contrasted with the dominant aprioristic-objectivistic philosophy of language. Cultural and philosophical reasons for this dominance are also pointed out. Reasons for the assertion that the whole linguistics is pragmatics are taken not only from sole linguistics, but also from the biological sciences.
