Summary

The paper aims to analyze attribution in the research on the Thieves’ Law that was presented as a complex phenomenon (discrete anti-system and public-key cryptosystem), which should be studied in various fields of science. The author presents the use of attribution according to the technique of ‘approximation stages’, its potential and features, and shows the inefficiency of restriction to particular fields of science.
