Summary

The article shows the analysis of basic elements of the process of communication in the online tutorials. Tutorials constitute one of the internet variation of instructional materials. They have one basic task to show how to do something, use specified item, create something or fix it. The author of the article depicts the following issues: who are the senders and receivers of tutorials, what is the context which assisting their communication, how is the statement formed, by means of what canal comes to the communication, if in the case of communication via online tutorials might come to feedback compression as well as what are the effects of communication with using of online tutorials.
