The present article focuses on seventeenth-century work by Mikołaj Dadzibóg-Kostrowicki. Cel trojaki pożyciu ludzkiemu is didactic moralizing lecture, written from the perspective of Christian philosophy, in which the poet discusses the three goals of human life. These are God, wisdom and fame. Work has undergone anthropological and theological reflection. This poem is a cultural witness of people need awareness of God and religion and coercion knowledge and care for the reputation.
