The school is an institution not only fulfilling the teaching and educational functions, but also the basic meeting place for children and adolescents. In the classroom, the relationships are built up, there are group phenomena, often affecting the presented attitudes and behavior by a pupil/student. Literature for children and young people therefore cannot ignore such an important part of the life of a young man as a school. The novels by Marta Fox addressed to young people present school environment and teachers in various aspects. This article is intended to present these aspects in selected novels.
