Summary

The paper is an attempt to comment the last years of Polish-language literary life in Israel on example of almanac “Kontury”, which from the historical and literary point of view was the last havon for the authors writing in Polish. “Kontury” had a role chronicle for Polish-writing Jews living in the Erec Israel. Probably the double indentity criterion determine uniqueness of the texts published on the cards of “Kontury”. The paper’s aim is to show how varied the almanac through successive editors of the magazine. I also tried to explain the dynamics of these changes.
