Summary

Question of God seems inevitable in contemporary literature and poetry. It presents itself as a fundamental existential question modern man, which is issue even for unbelievers. Therefore, it is also an interesting issue in Ewa Lipska poetry, in which the attitudes of the subject and the characters evolve towards atheism. God disappear from the perspective of the poetry – this process is particularly visible in recent volumes. The place of the Creator occupy scientific explanations of the world, revealing especially on issues such as: cosmology, metaphysics, epistemology.
